How does the return or an exchange work or how do I behave in a warranty case?

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item does not suit you, you can return it to our delivery address within 14 days. If you want to exchange an item, you can send it back and simply order a new one.

Please note that we can only take back unused items in the original packaging. Be careful not to remove labels or soil items. The goods must not show any signs of use.
