Sobald eine Bestellung aufgegeben wurde, kann sie aus systemtechnischen Gründen nicht mehr geändert werden. Sofern deine Bestellung noch nicht verschickt wurde, kann eine Stornierung erfolgen. Kontaktiere dafür bitte unseren Kundenservice.

Sobald dein Paket versendet wurde, erhältst du eine Versandbestätigung mit Tracking-Link per E-Mail.

In der Regel dauert der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands 1–3 Werktage. Lieferungen ins Ausland benötigen ca. 2–4 Werktage.

Innerhalb Deutschlands betragen die Versandkosten 5,90 €. Ab einem Bestellwert von 150€ ist der Versand kostenlos.

As soon as the return arrives and has been processed, the credit will be refunded to your account.

Es gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist von 2 Jahren ab Kaufdatum für Material- oder Verarbeitungsfehler.
